Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your cabi pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your cabi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.
Print Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the returns portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging along with the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed accurately and quickly.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
